Shipping & Delivery

At Rapid Cleaners we ship your order quickly and cheaply. We even ship completely free for orders over 50 euros. Orders under 50 euros are also shipped cheaply.

The Netherlands

• For an order value of 0 to 50 euros, the shipping costs are 6.75 euros.
• For an order value between 50 and 100 euros, the shipping costs are 4.50 euros.
• If the order value is 100 euros or higher, no shipping costs will be charged at all.

Belgium

• For an order value of 0 to 100 euros, the shipping costs are 12.50 euros.
• If the order value is 100 euros or higher, no shipping costs will be charged at all.

Rapid Cleaners delivers throughout almost all of Europe, and we use competitive shipping rates. Some countries we ship to: Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Luxembourg, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Czech Republic and Sweden.

Delivery Package

All shipments are sent with PostNL. Products that are in stock will be shipped the same working day before 4:00 PM. You will automatically receive an email with the track & trace code so that you can track your order at all times. From that moment on you get ultimate freedom and control over reception. The delivery options 'Evening Delivery' and 'Pickup at a PostNL Location' are available to you. You can also change the day and/or time of delivery via the site or app. You can make the change until 6:00 am on the day of delivery.

To take off

Would you rather collect your order? Then choose the "Pick-up" option. You can then pay for your order via iDeal or bank transfer, or you can pay for your order in cash or with PIN during collection. As soon as your order is ready, you will receive an email from us and you can come by immediately.
